About
Provide basic medical care and treatment to participants Complete health assessments and assist in developing care plans Monitor, administer, and document medications accurately Coordinate and follow up on medical and dental appointments Act as a liaison with pharmacies and healthcare providers Review medication errors and recommend improvements Oversee staff administering medications and conduct QA checks Respond to medical needs and provide emergency care as needed Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance standards Train staff on medication administration, infection control, and safety practices Educate participants on self-care, treatments, and wellness topics Collaborate with external agencies to ensure continuity of care Assist with daily activities and transportation as needed Qualifications
Current LPN license in state of residence Associate's degree in Nursing or related field (or state certification) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with adult or elderly populations CPR/First Aid certification (and other state-required certifications) Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual in Cape Verdean Creole preferred Why Join Us?
