With a healthy pipeline of secured and upcoming work throughout London, they are looking to strengthen their Design Management team by appointing an Assistant Design Manager.
The Role Working closely with experienced Design Managers and project teams, the Assistant Design Manager will support the coordination and management of the design process from pre-construction through to project completion. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of design management, working alongside consultants, subcontractors, clients, and site teams to ensure design information is delivered accurately and on programme. This role offers a structured pathway for professional development and progression within a growing contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the design process across multiple construction projects. Support the review and coordination of design information from consultants and subcontractors. Monitor design programmes and track the timely production of design deliverables. Attend and contribute to design team meetings, recording actions and following up on outstanding items.
