Position SummarySterile Processing SupervisorLocation: Birmingham, AL Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Days (flexible based on operational needs) Overview We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership for sterile processing and instrument delivery operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient sterilization processes while supporting staff performance, education, and cross-departmental coordination. Associate degree required Four (4) years of directly related experience may substitute for degree
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of sterile processing experience Demonstrated working knowledge of sterile processing operations
Certification (one required):
CRCST (HSPA) CHL (IAHCSMM) CSPDT (CBSPD) CSPDM (CBSPD) CSPM (CBSPD)
