Perioperative Services at MD Anderson strives to be the safest perioperative environment in the world, delivering the highest quality surgical outcomes. Partnered with Anesthesiology and Critical Care, the Division of Nursing, and the Division of Surgery, this multidisciplinary team operates in both the Main Building and Mays Clinic. The primary purpose of the Perioperative Inventory Technician is to support the distribution of materials in Perioperative Service. We are seeking a Perioperative Inventory Technician with a minimum of two years of experience in Inventory, Supply Chain or Material Management to support our surgical teams. Hourly Breakdown of salary range: Minimum: $19.71 - Midpoint: $24.52 - Maximum: $29.33 Shift: Midshift, weekend rotation required As part of our team, you'll benefit from: • A team-oriented work environment that fosters collaboration and mutual respect • Strong leadership committed to innovation and excellence • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement • A mission-driven culture focused on improving patient outcomes • The chance to support over 15,000 surgical cases annually across more than 30 operating rooms Key Responsibilities • Review daily supply outages and submit order requests • Restock supplies with 99.5% accuracy and maintain accurate bin labels • Conduct monthly expiration checks across assigned areas and log findings • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or issues • Process returned supplies and ensure proper bin placement Other duties as assigned. Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent WORK EXPERIENCE
