Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to secure superior diagnostic images for physician review Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee accurate diagnoses Position patients thoughtfully and adjust equipment for optimal imaging results Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines for patients and team members alike Keep meticulous records, including detailed imaging logs and equipment upkeep Deliver compassionate and attentive care to patients throughout the imaging experience Help foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment Educational Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred Completion of an accredited radiology program Required Certifications
ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography) Valid BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire Essential Skills for Success
Strong proficiency in imaging protocols and safety regulations Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while adapting to varying demands Attention to detail and a profound sense of responsibility Comfort with technology, including PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software What You Will Enjoy
