Responsibilities include: Assess students' physical abilities and mobility needs Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Provide school-based physical therapy interventions and services Support student participation in classroom and school activities Implement interventions to improve motion, strength, balance, and mobility Develop IEP goals and objectives Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams Document therapy sessions and monitor student progress Deliver evidence-based, student-centered therapy services What We're Looking For Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist APTA certification or eligibility preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills School-based or pediatric experience preferred Passion for supporting students and school communities Benefits Employee (W2) position Sick Time 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Life insurance Referral bonuses Assessment and therapy materials provided
