The James L. West Center for Dementia Care is the preeminent provider of dementia care services in North Texas. We are a single site facility, specializing in dementia care. We have 112 beds in six separate living areas, and we have been blessed to continue to have a high census! We are committed to high staffing ratios ensuring that you are able to provide the best care possible. Our staff chose to move to 12-hour shifts to provide a better balance between work and home life. Our employee teams consistently work together so you get to know your teammates as well as you know your residents. We also offer a wide variety of benefits for our employees to choose from.

We are a faith-based, non-profit company, so all the money paid by our residents is spent right here in our facility.
