Schedule Varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Job Description The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team. This role involves planning and implementing patient and family education while assessing needs and initiating appropriate interventions for patients. ResponsibilitiesCollect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation (Assessment). Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis). Identify expected outcomes for a patient-specific plan (Plan of Care). Implement the identified plan of care. Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Evaluate nursing practice against professional standards and guidelines. Collaborate with patients, families, and others in nursing practice. Integrate ethical provisions and research findings into practice. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMontana Licensure (Registered Nurse). American Heart Association BLS certification. Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider STABLE certification.
