Managing incoming clients and phone calls and educating owners on our offers and services Contributing to efficient flow of the hospital from welcoming appointments through check-out Efficient and accurate appointment scheduling, medical info, and follow up Processing accurate client payments and maintaining security Managing electronic medical records, reports and correspondence Using our innovative tools to communicate and deliver a high end experience Some lifting (up to 40lbs) and hands-on animal interaction
