About
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the care team. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety. Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies and procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule
Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Meal Break: 30 minutes Duration: 9-week contract (October 21, 2025 – December 15, 2025)
Qualifications
Current and active LPN license in good standing. Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
