Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
Requirements:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required) New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
