Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental/oral conditions in accordance with approved clinical guidelines Develop treatment plans and provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care Refer patients for specialty consultation or treatment when appropriate Complete referrals, data collection instruments, and required reporting documentation Participate in provider staff meetings and clinical policy development Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active and unrestricted Iowa dental license Current DEA registration One to two years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!) Commitment to serving underserved populations
