About
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance standards across multiple job sites Conduct field safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks with crews Support and assist with safety training for field teams and project staff Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and help implement corrective actions Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to reinforce a strong safety culture Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and site records Travel frequently throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia (3–4 days per week) Perform other safety-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
OSHA 30-hour certification required 1–3 years of construction safety experience (field-based preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience with Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) and Pipe Grouting is a plus Valid driver's license with clean MVR and ability to pass background check Ability to travel frequently throughout the Carolinas and Georgia
Work Environment
Active construction job sites with exposure to weather conditions and heavy equipment Frequent walking, standing, and field inspections required Exposure to typical construction hazards (PPE required at all times) Frequent weekly travel across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia with regular overnight stays
