Document care provided to residents and maintain accurate records. Take vital signs, record measurements, and assist with care plans set by nursing staff. Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately. Interact and support other staff within the facility—because we are a family! Required License or Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
