Daily Duties
Perform carpentry activities such as the installation and/or repair of interior blinds and other finishing work.
Operate equipment such as nail guns, screw guns, saws, drills, and other tools as required for this position.
Meet deadlines without compromising workmanship.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Position Requirements
Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured personal vehicle for daily use.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. of material repetitively.

Ability to pass drug and background screening.
Work Environment Our New Construction Hardware Installer work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is our priority, so all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
