About
Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining assistance as needed. Provide companionship, engage residents in social and recreational activities, and promote a positive, supportive environment. Observe residents' well-being and report any concerns or changes to the supervising staff. Ensure residents' living areas are safe, clean, and comfortable. Foster respectful, compassionate interactions with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or assisted living is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively with older adults, including those with memory impairments or cognitive challenges. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and daily tasks. CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required (training may be provided).
