To serve this mission, you will be providing outstanding patient care while contributing to a culture of positivity and teamwork. This position would provide new and experienced CNAs or LPNs with a solid foundation of support and varied experience within the medical field.
As a GCHS Certified Nurse Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
Assist the RN with admissions, general care, dismissals, and transfers of patients
Document observations, data collection, interventions, and care for patients
Exhibit awareness of the needs of a diverse customer population
Maintain the hospital environment as a pleasant, clean and safe space for both the patients and staff
You may be a good fit if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
For a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will need a current Licensed Practical Nurse license and have an active Nebraska license within 60 days of hire
For a C.N.A., you will need a current Nursing Assistant licensure in the State of Nebraska
American Heart Association’s BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
