About
Must possess a valid nursing license. CPR certification required. Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients recovering from illness or injury. Monitor and assess patient health status and report changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans. Assist patients with daily activities and rehabilitation exercises. Document patient care and progress thoroughly in medical records. Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
Compliance / Notes:
Orientation is required for all new staff. Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted. Scrubs or designated uniform is required for staff.
