EDUCATION, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION: Phlebotomist ll: Formal academic training in phlebotomy or equivalent direct patient care education, CPR (BLS) certification required. EXPERIENCE: Phlebotomist ll: Must have one to two years’ phlebotomy experience (preferably in a hospital setting). Meets all core competencies as a Phlebotomist l.
