This position will be based at our new comprehensive healthcare center, coming to the historic Kensington and Bailey intersection, opening July 2026! At Evergreen, we're expanding our Internal/Family Medicine services and seeking a Supervising Physician who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying true professional balance. As part of the Essential Functions for this role, the Supervising Physician:
Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, physical examinations and diagnostic tests In accordance with medical protocols, evaluates test findings, makes initial medical diagnosis and develops and implements a therapeutic plan consistent with the continuing healthcare needs of the patient Develops appropriate primary care health regimens for patients utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach Participates in planning with other staff in Primary & Specialty Care for the development and monitoring of all required services to patients Assists in providing learning experiences for clinical staff and other allied health professionals Provides supervision to other members of the medical team Qualified Candidate will be a NYS licensed, board-certified Physician; position requires BLS certification; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential. Job Type: Full-time Required Education/License/Experience: Licensed Physician registered with the New York State Education Department; Board certified in a medical specialty- Internal Family Medicine, Pediatrics preferred; minimum of two (2) years of experience in an active medical practice, with proven administrative/supervisory responsibilities preferred Required certification(s): BLS
Salary range: $210,000 - 220,000 This position is posted with a salary range. The actual rate of pay offered will be based on a variety of individualized factors, including but not limited to a candidate's skills, relevant experience, educational background, internal equity, and market considerations.
