LNA Position Overview: As aLicensed Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personal and clinical care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. This role is key to maintaining both the physical comfort and emotional well-being of our residents. Available Shifts:
Days:6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evenings:2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Nights:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Shifts available forFull-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diemroles. Requirements:

Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed
Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
Conducts LNA job responsibilities in accordance
Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident’s plans of care and documents restorative services provided
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid certification as a Licensed nursing Assistant LNA in the state of employment.
Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
Displays responsibility by taking ownership of quality care.
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
