Roles & Responsibilities - Evaluate and treat patients across various units, including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab. - Address multi-trauma cases, spinal cord injuries, strokes, surgical recoveries, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. - Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the electronic medical record. Compliance / Notes - Must provide last 4 digits of SSN and 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years. - Compliance documents are due the Monday prior to start. - Requested time off must be declared at the time of submission. - Prepare to float within the facility as needed. - Pre-start modules require approximately 16 hours of non-billable completion.
