Team up with other healthcare coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to ensure a holistic approach to care. Engage in initiatives aimed at quality enhancement that bolster patient care and operational success. Employ electronic medical record (EMR) systems for precise, up-to-date patient documentation. Provide care both in-person and virtually, accommodating the diverse needs of patients. Educational Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of a family medicine residency recognized by the accreditation body. Certifications
Board certification in Family Medicine. Possession of (or eligibility for) a valid Texas medical license. BLS & ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience
Exceptional diagnostic and clinical capabilities with a strong interest in proactive, preventive care. Comfortable with value-based healthcare models and eager for ongoing development.
