About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, child-focused therapy team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for pediatric clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support communication development. Collaborate closely with families, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide early intervention services for children with developmental speech and language delays. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure in California). Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations. Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for children. Familiarity with early intervention services and evidence-based therapeutic practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
