Providing vital support during surgical operations by preparing and organizing the surgical suite Upholding sterile environments and adhering strictly to safety and infection control practices Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by passing instruments and related supplies Managing and preparing surgical tools and equipment before, during, and post-procedure Keeping track of and readying necessary supplies for each surgery Working collaboratively with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team for smooth operations Documenting detailed surgical records and ensuring accurate counts Education and Certifications Required:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent Essential Credentials Needed:
Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential BLS certification (or the ability to earn within 90 days post-hire) What You Will Bring to the Table:
