The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for creating a WOW experience for every customer by following The company’s proven process for reliable, honest, and professional communication. This role focuses on timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and proactive management of customer calls, leads, and scheduling opportunities. As the company continues to grow and evolve, this position will adapt to support the needs of the company, our team, and our customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Communication & Call Handling • Return all Piper calls via phone, text, or email in a timely and professional manner. • Return any missed calls promptly to ensure no customer is left without a response. • Handle a minimum of 50 calls per day (incoming + outgoing). • Follow up with clear futures — always provide the next step and set proper expectations with the customer. Lead Management & Documentation • Follow up with all leads and document communication accurately in the CRM or call log. • Update daily call logs with detailed notes and outcomes. • Maintain a minimum conversion rate of 50% or higher. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage high call volume with professionalism • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate documentation • Goal-driven with the ability to meet performance metrics • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity • Positive attitude and commitment to company culture of excellence
