About
Conducting in-depth patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care plans. Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with physicians or independently based on your qualifications. Providing education to patients and their families regarding prevention, overall wellness, and managing health conditions. Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your practice's scope. Engaging in patient follow-ups and overseeing chronic care management processes. Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Meticulously documenting all interactions and treatments in electronic health records (EHR). Prerequisite Education
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Necessary Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Colorado. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire them within 90 days). Unique Skills That Enhance Your Practice
