Position Overview Watson Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This provider will work closely with Dr. Andrea Watson to deliver high-touch, concierge-level care to a select patient population. The ideal candidate values quality over quantity, embraces preventive and wellness-focused medicine, and enjoys forming long-term relationships with patients while helping them achieve their healthiest lives. What You'll DoClinical Responsibilities
Conduct annual wellness examinations Manage routine follow-up appointments Evaluate and treat acute illnesses Provide chronic disease management Manage medications and treatment plans Review and interpret laboratory results Develop preventive care strategies Conduct health optimization consultations Provide hormone therapy follow-up care Support weight management programs Deliver patient education and lifestyle counseling Patient Experience Responsibilities
Build lasting, trusted relationships with patients Deliver exceptional concierge-level service Respond thoughtfully and promptly to patient concerns Collaborate with physicians and team members to provide coordinated care Contribute to patient satisfaction and member retention through outstanding communication and care Future Growth Opportunities As our practice continues to expand, opportunities may include:
