Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Certifications Required
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or corresponding specialty Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days) Traits That Make You Stand Out
