Deliver direct patient care, including nursing assessment, medication administration, treatments, and responding to patient needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and collaborate with team members to update and revise care strategies. Process physician/provider orders accurately and timely, ensuring all care is delivered as prescribed. Follow up on medication changes and order clarifications to maintain optimal patient care.
