Route Sales Representative Start your career with a company that's been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route. After paid training, you\'ll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. What you\'ll get: Average annual salary of $75,000-$80,000 in your first year, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including hourly pay, overtime, commission, and on-call pay Consistent schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:30 PM On-call rotation: Roughly every 8-12 weeks Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation days Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Career progression: Auto-Chlor promotes growth from within, providing you with the tools you need to move up in the company This is a great role for someone who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
