Join Our Team as a Pathways Assistant! Do you have a passion for the arts and a heart for working with older adults? Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community is seeking a part-time Pathways Assistant (25 hours/week) to help create meaningful art programs, wellness activities, events, and resident outings. If you are organized, creative, and enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
Part-time (25 hours/week) Occasional evenings and weekend hours Creative and rewarding work environment Opportunity to enrich the lives of older adults
Qualifications:
Passion for the arts and creative programming Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience working with older adults and an understanding of the unique needs and interests of senior populations Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
