About
Anesthesia: up to $39/hour, with higher rates for VTS technicians
Recovery: up to $32/hour, with additional earning potential for VTS technicians
Emergency & ICU: up to $38/hour, based on experience and skill level
VTS experience and advanced technical skills may qualify for additional compensation

Responsibilities
Provide advanced nursing care for emergency, critical care, anesthesia, and recovery patients
Monitor anesthesia, sedation, pain management, and post-operative recovery
Support DVMs with diagnostics, treatments, procedures, and patient care plans
Triage and monitor high-acuity emergency and ICU patients
Communicate clearly with doctors, teammates, and clients
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital protocols
Work collaboratively across ER, ICU, anesthesia, surgery, and specialty teams
Qualifications
Veterinary Technician experience required
CVT, RVT, or LVT preferred
Emergency, ICU, anesthesia, surgery, or specialty experience strongly preferred
Strong patient monitoring, technical nursing, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital environment
Team-focused mindset with a commitment to patient care and client service
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
