Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a driven, client-focused Case Manager Closer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for converting qualified leads into retained clients while delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the intake and onboarding process. The Case Manager Closer will work closely with the Director of Sales to drive retention performance, improve conversion metrics, and ensure prospective clients receive timely follow-up and support. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
