Job Description
Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client goalsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and vendorsOversee clean room and pharmaceutical facility builds and renovationsEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirementsLead client communications, progress updates, and issue resolutionIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyMonitor project financials and maintain accurate reportingDrive quality control and ensure adherence to specificationsSupport business development efforts through client relationship management

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Project Manager - Life Sciences Projects should have:
7 to 10 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or related fieldProven experience with clean room, pharmaceutical, or controlled environment projectsStrong knowledge of project delivery methods and construction processesAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools and scheduling softwareBachelor's degree preferred but not required
