Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – El Paso, TX Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their thriving practice in Amarillo. About the Opportunity This well-established practice offers a strong foundation for success, including a loyal and growing patient base and a collaborative clinical team. The incoming provider will have the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality pediatric dental care while benefiting from mentorship and operational support. Compensation & Benefits
$1,700 daily guarantee to start 35% of adjusted production W2 employment status Full benefits package including: Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Continuing Education through Seattle Study Club
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Pediatric dentistry experience or training preferred (but open to new grads) Passion for working with children and creating a positive patient experience Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented mindset
