About
As a CNA at Preferred Care at Home of Folsom & El Dorado Hills, you will provide compassionate, quality care to our clients in their homes. You will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by assisting with daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner. Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to the care team. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care. Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements
Current CNA certification in the state of California. Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to clients' homes
Willingness to undergo background checks and any required screenings. Flexible availability to meet clients' scheduling needs. Benefits
