Assist residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and ambulation. Take initial vital signs and report measurements promptly to nursing staff. Monitor and record resident intake and output accurately following established protocols. Uphold resident privacy, confidentiality, and rights at all times. Support the orientation of residents and their families to the facility and available services. Follow universal precautions and infection control procedures consistently. Qualifications:
Hold an active Maine C.N.A License. Demonstrate effective listening and communication skills. Show empathy and compassion when providing resident care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. Capable of adapting to varying patient needs and staffing requirements.
