Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), grooming, and hygiene Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Assist with medication administration and management Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care that respects the unique needs and preferences of each client

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as necessary
