Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Supervise and support STNA team members
Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
Maintain accurate documentation and charting
Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
Assist with staff orientation and training Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN in Ohio. Current CPR certification. Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required.
