Schedule Day shift, 5x8 hours (06:30 - 15:00). This position includes on-call responsibilities. Job Description The Registered Nurse will work in an acute care hospital environment with a focus on comprehensive patient care. The RN will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:1, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety. The role requires participation in on-call shifts with expectations of 4-6 calls in a 6-week timeframe. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in a dynamic acute care setting. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care. Participate in on-call shifts as required by the facility. Ensure adherence to established protocols and safety standards. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience. Current RN license in California.
