About
Carrying out thorough patient evaluations, ordering essential tests, and crafting personalized treatment plans. Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues either independently or in partnership with physicians (based on credentials). Providing education to patients and their families on wellness, prevention strategies, and disease management. Prescribing medications and therapies according to your practice guidelines. Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management programs. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and holistic care. Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR). Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program. Necessary Licenses and Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or the willingness to obtain them within 90 days of hire. Attributes That Distinguish You
