About

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) AdviniaCare Orchard View, a leading provider of rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care, including individual, supervised, and group treatment sessions Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations Participate in clinical program development and implementation Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program CEU's per state licensure requirements Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required Prior clinical experience preferred but not required New graduates welcome!
