Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available About the Opportunity We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a SNF setting, supporting both short-term rehab and long-term care patients. What You'll Do
Deliver direct patient care and assessments Administer medications and treatments Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes Document care in compliance with regulations Qualifications
