We are recruiting a Sales Manager to take responsibility for the on-site sales performance of residential developments in our Eastern Region from launch through to completion. This role is ideal for an experienced housebuilding sales professional who enjoys leading teams, driving reservations and working closely with construction and technical colleagues to deliver successful schemes. What you will do Manage sales activity across residential developments, ensuring targets and build programmes are met
Lead and motivate on-site sales teams, managing rotas, performance and day-to-day activity
Oversee development launches, show home openings and sales centre presentation
Agree and manage sales incentives, deposit schemes and customer extras
Work closely with Construction, Technical and Commercial teams on phasing, unit mix, layouts and specifications
