Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy sessions that enhance communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing capabilities. Educate patients and their families, empowering them to support ongoing progress in day-to-day settings. Undertake occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the care continuum. Maintain thorough and timely documentation that adheres to organizational, state, and federal standards. Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of advancements in the field through education and collaboration with peers. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications
Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment. Skills
