Training shift: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm Permanent shift- 8 hour shift between 7am-8pm Must have a valid Pharmacy Technician License in the state of TX.
Position Summary: The Pharmacy Technician - Materials Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the facility while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities: • Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. • Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. • Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. • Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner. • Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately. • Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory. • Filing inventory and SOX documentation. • Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership. This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day. Majority of the work will be on their feet, receiving packages, opening totes and coolers, putting inventory away, etc. Lifting boxes and packages up to 50 lbs solo. Minimum Job Qualifications: • 3+ months professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. • 3+ months basic data entry experience (entering values into a handheld RF device). • Pharmacy Technician License through the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
