Regional LPN Manager Georgia Region Full-Time Leadership Opportunity Travel Required Lead Teams. Support Nurses. Shape Correctional Healthcare Across Georgia. Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to step into a Regional Manager role supporting multiple correctional facilities throughout Georgia. This position is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives on mentoring staff, building relationships, solving problems, and helping medical teams succeed. What You'll Do:
Oversee nursing operations across multiple correctional facilities in Georgia Partner with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership teams Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff and site leaders Assist with staffing support, training, and operational guidance Help maintain quality care standards, compliance, and program development Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays Provide occasional hands-on nursing support when needed Position Details: Location: Georgia Region Schedule: Full-Time Regional Travel Required Position: Regional LPN Manager At Southern Health Partners, our leaders do more than manage operations.
