About

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Development Advisor will engage in outbound dialing to generate interest in insurance products, handle sales objections, and facilitate customer transfers to licensed agents while working remotely. Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to sales prospects, averaging 800 calls daily Manage and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed agents Achieve monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales conversion
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
