High School diploma required. Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred. Minimum two years administrative or clerical experience. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and customer services skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge and competency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience collaborating working for a social services program preferred.
